If you need to return or exchange an item, please complete the form below along with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

Vetoquinol 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Vetoquinol USA, Inc. (“Vetoquinol USA”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an over-the-counter (non-prescription) Vetoquinol® brand product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a replacement product or refund* for your money back. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Vetoquinol 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser, and one product or refund per household. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Vetoquinol USA reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Guarantee.
